Automated Phone System

Command A Com can supply you with an automated phone system. The automated attendant system we offer allows callers to be automatically transferred to a user's extension without the intervention of a receptionist, acting as a virtual phone system.

Our incoming call management system with everything you need has the following features:

   Auto attendant - Answers your choice of 1 to 4 calls simultaneously when all your staff are busy.
   Transfer options - the auto attendant will answer your incoming calls and offer transfer options.
   Voice mail - the system will cater for up to 50 individual mail boxes.
   Information on-hold - provides your callers with anything you want them to hear while they are waiting on hold.
   After hours answering - your calls will continue to be answered and directed to individual voice mail boxes after hours.
