Why should you take a Service Assurance Agreement? Primarily because your agreement guarantees you a priority response in the event of a fault! Can your business afford to be without the lifeline that is your telephone system? During busy periods our service assurance customers are very glad that they go to the head of the queue because they have minimum disruption to their businesses.

What your service assurance includes:

Priority response
In the event of a major fault, such as a complete system failure, we guarantee to respond within two working hours. For partial failure response will be within 8 working hours. For minor faults, such as an extension not working, we guarantee to respond within 16 working hours.

No hidden costs
The maintenance includes the cost of all parts and labour to repair any faults.

Loan equipment

In the unlikely event that we can’t fix the problem on the spot we’ll also provide you with replacement equipment until we’re able to fully repair your system. - Premium Customer Service * All customers on our Service Assurance program benefit through special discounts relating to any further purchases, installation or upgrades. (i.e. Facsimile machines, Pagers, Cordless phones or Answering machines purchases). In addition, our premium customers are regularly informed regarding new products and developments in the market place and how they may assist your business needs.

Yes, Command A Com is an Authorised Premium Telstra Dealer. If there is a problem outside your premises within the Telephone network, we will direct the fault to our friends at Telstra and they will attend to the matter promptly.

This is the service we extend to you and we welcome any questions you may have with regard to the maintenance of your telephone system.

Your Service Assurance is Applicable Between: 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Firday

Command A Com Pty Ltd offers service assurance for your elected system after the twelve months free warranty service.  The service covers the following areas:
Two hour response time in the event of total equipment failure (no service) and
- Liaison with Telstra in the event of a line fault
- Max 8 working hours response to minor faults
- All parts, repairs and labour
- Replacement of equipment if needed
- Priority service in busy work periods

Terms and Conditions of Service Assurance
Command A Com under takes to service and maintain the equipment specified below in good working order subject to the following conditions:
1. Command-a-Com will repair the equipment with all reasonable speed during normal working hours.
2. Command-a-Com will repair or replace all defective parts, excluding consumable items such as batteries and peripheral equipment such as radios, CD players and headsets.
3. The Agreement does not include Cordless Phones.
4. Repairs or modifications required as a result of anything other than fair wear and tear are not covered by this Agreement. These exclusions are:

 (a) Repairs to the cabinet.

 (b) Repairs due to abuse, impact damage, fire, storm, lightning, theft, excessive mains voltage fluctuations, unauthorised modifications or repairs, rodent or insect damage, incorrect installation or operation.

 (c) Modifications or alterations necessitated by changes in frequencies or standards which may be required by any Government Agency or Carrier.

5. Command A Com reserves the right to charge normal rates for work on any equipment found not to be faulty and the fault subsequently proved to be a Carrier responsibility.

6. The Agreement is not transferable without the consent of Command A Com. Command A Com undertakes not to unreasonably withhold consent.
7. The Agreement may be cancelled at any time by notice in writing by either party within one month prior to cancellation. Command A Com will pay a refund on a pro rata bases calculated in whole months after the deduction of any amounts owing.
8. Command A Com reserve the right to make an additional charge for the cost of components which fail within 28 days of commencement of the Agreement where a prior inspection of the equipment is not made
